What the heck? An actual update? Yessiree. After all, it’s Spring Break, although there’s a ton of work to be done. 3 papers, 2 flyers, 2 group projects, volunteer, completing service forms, regular homework, etc. What fun. Can’t wait till I’m out of the country next month.
- Scans – I decided to take them out of the Coppermine gallery to try and see if they actually show up on search engines when they’re integrated into Wordpress via pages. It was really annoying posting all those pictures, I tell you.
- HQ Image Gallery – added some new pictures of 2PM and 2NE1.
- Animated GIFs – one of 2NE1.
- Banners – 1 of Boys Before Flowers (Soeul fandom, yo).
- LJ Icons – new post with Buffy, Wonder Girls, Park Hyo Shin, and Boys Before Flowers. My icon making is super rusty at the moment.
- Tutorials – added 1 of how to make GIFs with .mov files.
- Wallpapers – added 1 of 2PM.
And I finally figured out how to do the sliding category tree. Isn’t it awesome? Oh, and I finished watching Boys Before Flowers, just have to finish posting up the rest of the summaries and then a review. If anyone has the acoustic version of “Because I’m Stupid” by SS501 I’d be forever grateful. Or guitar tabs will do.
So what’s new with the kpop world? Hm, I’ll been looking forward to 2NE1’s debut and while “Lollipop” is a catchy song, it doesn’t show off their talent well enough. Pretty smart of YG to have the girls ride off Big Bang’s popularity for now. Me need more Park Bom singing.
Speaking of promotions, I must say JYP never fails to amaze me with his creativity. Check out this arrow flipping. That guy is amazing.
Best of luck to 2PM this time around. I like these guys even though many say they’re not talented because they can’t sing. Oh well, I have their single and I still enjoy the songs, so it’s all good. Plus, their new image looks hot. I like my men in red. Their new song (or intro?) sounds pretty “tight” as well. Check it out here.
The Boys Before Flowers soundtrack is actually pretty good, especially the songs by SS501. I wish I could say the same for Epik High’s new album. As much as I love them for their originality and outspokeness, the new music they’ve been putting out just doesn’t connect. As in, they’re just not very appealing and I can’t find myself listening to them over and over again like I could with Swan Songs or Remapping the Human Soul. Good luck to them anyway since it’s a pretty bold move for them to go independent. Although I guess it’s different if you already have a pretty strong fanbase to begin with.

As boring as I found Goong to be (I must’ve skipped half the series while watching), I gotta admit Joo Ji Hoon is friggin’ hot. This is how kisses should be in Asian dramas, not pursed lips pressing nervously against one another – where’s the passion on that? You go, Shin Goon.
