WARNING: IMAGE HEAVY POST (click on thumbnails) I was thinking of missing out on it because no one had time to come with me, but I ended up going anyway. You only experience life once. So I went to Flushing’s Corona Park to celebrate the Chuseok Festival by watching performances. Let me tell you, sitting under the scorching sun just waiting for four hours is not fun. Especially since I forgot to bring my glasses, shades, chapstick, and extra bottle of water. -_- I am so going to start peeling tomorrow. The show opened with a high-pitched girl singing the American and Korean national anthems. And then there was a girl who sang “Ain’t No Other Man.” At least tae kwon do was entertaining for about an hour. The screaming was quite funny.
