It’s an addictive song, even though they sound like five-year-olds. Sorry to the folks who saw the Hyori layout that was briefly up. I really like the image, but it just didn’t work as a layout. It resembled too many of my old layouts. Speaking of, I really need to update the “Past Layouts” page. I think I’m going to do some research on a bunch of Wordpress themes and gather ideas before I attempt another layout. On the plus side, I am planning a contest which will be held soon enough. You can thank the ads to the right. *hinthint* And let’s welcome Marlene and Ruksi, my two newest hostees!

[ music ] My Girl // The Temptations New layout…with a not so new design. Sorry, something about the GD graphic bothered me. So I’m sticking to my current obsession - Yunho. Title is “Love in the Ice” because the image looks kind of icy, I hope? The GD one was edgier, I guess, but the fact that the render was not made by me and that it was kind of all over the place was just rather irksome. This one should be softer and more soothing for the winter season. Yesterday, I finally got around to watching My Sassy Girl for the first time. It was really funny and sweet (especially for their 100th day together). I’m glad they didn’t make the sentimental parts too sentimental. Aren’t they planning an American remake of this movie? Well, they should have more films with a strong female lead, not like most Korean dramas in which the girl just whines all the time and waits for the guy to save her. I love that song. I just started listening to their Tri-angle album again and man I miss their old music. I mean, “Mirotic” and “Purple Line” are quite groovy, but compared to their ballads and acapella stuff, it’s nowhere close. Although their live vocals are top notch now, like BoA’s. Please send the Wonder Girls to Japan. I think they really need it. Yeah, so as you can see, I discarded the peachy/orangey layout and traded it for a darker one. This one is called “Running Away From Myself” and features G-Dragon. I like this picture of him because it makes his face rather ambiguous. I haven’t featured a celebrity in my layouts for a while now because I don’t want to seem like I’m endorsing a particular celebrity, even though I clearly have my favorites (GD is actually not one of them lol). I wish I could say I made the awesome render, but sadly, I do not have the skills. It belongs to someone from deviantart (don’t remember who made it - if you know, please inform me). All right, it’s time for an actual post that’s not full of ranting. As you can see, I put up a new layout. Yes, I made the line art myself based on a stock image I saw on soompi with a couple of edits. Does it look like a deodorant design? I had high hopes for this layout but those hopes crashed along with my computer. I wanted to edit it some more so users with widescreen monitors (that includes me!) won’t have to scroll down all the time, but like I said in the previous entry, my Photoshop is pretty much gone. And designing on the laptop is really inconvenient - my mouse is ultra tiny. Well, I guess the updates won’t be coming as quickly as I thought they would. Sorry to those who visit the site for actual graphics content. I was planning on writing two new tutorials, but it appears they will have to wait.
