Currently my nose is stuffed and I have a pretty good feeling that my cough is going to worsen from cup noodles tomorrow. But other than that, everything’s been groovy. I did my group presentation and it went swimmingly. Plus, we won’t have class on Sunday so yay for free days!~ Have to work on the paper soon, though. Taking it easy tonight. We also went to Walmart and got a ton of 王老吉. lol Man I want some dai pai dong food already!
By the way, I can’t believe Twitter is blocked in China now because today is the 20th anniversary for the Tiananmen Square massacre. Apparently my professor doesn’t really sympathize with the students.

Wait, Twitter is blocked in ALL of China? Is it just for one day?
Also, I loved that you used the word “swimmingly”.

Seems like you’re having a nice time there except for your stuffy nose. Try to stay away from the cup noodles!
Twitter was blocked? What else was blocked?

Twitter, too?!? CNN reporters tried to film there, but police officers wearing “normal” clothes blocked the Square with umbrellas while at the same time trying (and failing) to show that block the view was not their intention. The Chinese government can be so out-of-touch sometimes. Everybody knows what happened there anyway. What does this accomplish? -.-

Hey, how are you?
I heard about twitter being blocked in China. How come?
Is it just temporary or are they keeping it blocked for good?
xx
