    Can’t sleep…or rather, refuse to

So I was telling Harrison about a ridiculous thing that I witnessed today while going on my lunch break. Coming out of the train station in Chinatown, there were two Chinese high school girls in front of me. A woman in her 50s was walking slowly in front of them so one of the girls suddenly snapped, rather rudely, “Excuse me!” Y’know, with that I’m-better-than-you attitude. She walks ahead of the woman with her similarly ditzy friend. The woman (in some dialect, actually not Fujinese now that I think about it since I did understand what she was saying) scolded them, kind of, retorting, “I can walk slowly if I want.” So then that bitchy girl had the nerve to tell her to go back to China! Which caused some white guys to laugh at them. What the heck, man? First of all, I am apalled and disappointed to see such disrespect towards elders! She was just walking a tad slow, for cripes sake! Are you rushing to go save someone’s life? Sheesh. What if you’re in your 50s, nearing your 60s one day, just taking a stroll, and some bimbo high schooler says this to you? And second of all, you’re Chinese yourself, you idiot! Why not tell your parents to go back to China while you’re at it?! This is just pathetic. The youth these days are out of control! *suddenly feels like a senior citizen* I don’t know, I guess I’m just rather conservative and I have my values; respecting your elders is one of them. Not making yourself look like a douche in public is another. Because you never know when some bored stranger on the streets is going to blog about your stupidity.

And now for my own douchebag moment: filling out a survey! Yes, I was really that bored. It’s been years since I did any of these things. Kind of reminiscent of xanga. *shudders at the reminder of how many hours I spent “propping” people I didn’t know or care for* Granted, I did make some cool online buddies, including Adrienne and Christiane, but all in all I can shake my head sadly, thinking, I could’ve been using that time to learn more programming! Or Flash. Then I wouldn’t have to be pining over it right now. Nevertheless, here’s my five minutes of no-lifeness:

omg rofl those chinese bitches are hyprocrites  dumbasses. I grew up learning to respect authority and that was my huge high school project in my freshmen year haha even though my mom chose that topic for me :dotdotdot: I hate seeing those kinds of stuck-ups, I mean, I’d act stuck-up to them XDD maybe not, jk. I do definitely think that asian people who brings disgrace among their own race in america should go back to their own country. Yeah it’d be kind of comical to see them at 60 wobbling down the street and then all of a sudden a stampede of people just knocks them over :inlove: just beautiful. okay I’m done surveys are always interesting too =D
*and yes I am a chaeyeon supporter XD but I also think fanny is cooler than brian haha :mwahaha: o.O

yes..its really rude behaving like that, no matter what, who or where. Being the elderly does not mean they are always right, but it sure commands some lil bit of respect. At least they reach earth earlier than the younger ones and they crossed the bridge more times than we crossed the roads. In short, they are experienced. And their experience and contribution should be respected.

This blog made me hungry so I finally got the chance to pick up the Clementine’s/mandarins from the fruit basket and ate them while reading. And wow I thought all Asian children learned to respect their elders, maybe that girl doesn’t have a conscious and doesn’t feel guilt o.o Very good point about saving the world ^_^ I enjoyed that filled in survey.
      Happy Thanksgiving!!!! :full:

oh yeah to answer your previous comment question, I use paint shop pro9 all my life :emo: lol. yeah, no photoshop. At first I thought psp9 was better than photoshop, but after seeing all these new graphics that are all made from photoshop, I’m definitely thinking photoshop is a lot more famous and used than paint shop pro programs. T_T

i try my best to not run over the elderly when i’m dashing around chinatown — and when i do .. i give them the deer in the headlights look “OMG I’M SO SORRY ! DUI MU JUI!!, etc.”

i’m only rude (not verbally) to super slow tourists who enjoy stopping in the middle of the street staring / photographying random places -.-

I see this often, not take it seriously.lol
