Did anyone else watch the Grammy’s last night? I must say it’s one of the better ones in recent years. Pink’s performance of “Glitter in the Air” was just breathtakingly beautiful. Like Diablo Cody said, no one has an excuse to lipsync anymore. haha You can view the video of the performance at the bottom of this entry. And can somebody tell me how Taylor Swift won album of the year? I mean, I can see how her music would be appealing to tweens, but…Grammy material? I think not.

• Scans – added some scans of Lady Gaga’s The Fame Monster CD booklet. Didn’t like her makeup at the Grammy’s, but her duet with Elton John was pretty nice.

School started recently and already I am exhausted, but I blame myself for sleeping so late. The first day was nice, all bustling with people. But it quickly got annoying after the second day. On the contrary, my finance class is so awkwardly silent. Urgh. Not digging these intro classes. It was nice seeing old friends again, though. Other than that, the work load so far is no different from what I did over winter break. Good preparation?

Been pretty busy lately with work at my two internships, not to mention additional design projects on the side for my lovely clients. I actually couldn’t sleep for part of last night because my head was filled with coding. What a nightmare! >.< Need to relax with some at-home karaoke, connecting my laptop to the TV. hehe Also, the Ogilvy summer internship application is due tomorrow. I still have to finish the writing sample. But the resume and cover letter looks pretty nice…aesthetically. Hopefully the content is good, too.

• Tutorials – added 2 tutorials, creating a flier and how to download videos from Facebook.

It’s been a busy weekend so far. Doctor’s appointment tomorrow, too. I am still determined to watch 50 movies by the end of this year. Two down so far. 500 Days of Summer soon.

Also, I realized it’s kind of sad making a Valentine’s Day flier for a sorority when I don’t have a Valentine myself. *hint hint*

Hey, everyone. As you can see, I decided to switch up the sandals banner to one featuring Jay. Yay! I’ve been meaning to make a layout with this picture for a while since it’s so fierce. Man, those Wild Bunny photo shoots were awesome. Most of the scans circulating around of 2PM’s Elle Girl spread are kind of small and have watermarks on them. So here are some bigger scans without the watermark that I found on Daum. A little overdue, but enjoy!

• HQ Gallery – added some images of 2PM, Hyolee, and B2ST (just one of Dongwoon – why do the magnaes always look so mature?).

By the way, I do believe that Jay is going to return for 2PM’s next album/single/mini-album. Before he left Korea, he said he was going back to Seattle to “study music.” But from reports I’ve read about his current activities, he’s doing  a lot of b-boying and working in a friend’s garage. That doesn’t constitute as studying, does it? Which reminds me – I should go back to studying for finals.

After many, many hours of tweaking with CSS, positioning everything, installing scripts and plugins, and figuring out which part of the code is messing up the layout, I am finally close to finishing the new theme. In other words, please ignore the very plain banner for now.

It’s been months since I’ve updated the layout, mostly due to laziness. Now is actually the wrong time to work on this since I still have finals to study for. But unfinished business really peeves me like no other.

This winter I want to revive my site by posting more updates or at least some interesting blog entries. So stay tuned and hope that I don’t slack off again!

It’s really late now. In fact, it’s pratically morning. Time for this nocturnal designer to go to sleep.

At SACC right now, student-less again. Just chilling out and looking through clothing web sites online. I need new sweaters. =( Why must all the ones I like be sold out or backordered? Bah. I think I deserve a shopping spree just for dealing with how boring and upsetting life has been these past two weeks. Time to splurge. Sort of.

Highlight of my week? Studying for Physics with Max, Ravendra, and later Jimmy. But apparently our studying wasn’t enough as today’s exam was extremely confuzzling. And it’s got animal cruelty in one of the questions. What followed was another equally frustrating lab. Again, we were the last ones to leave. And we still got bad data. Urgh… Someone please entertain me this weekend.

On the plus side, here’s an update (finally!):
