It’s one of those times in which I am very grateful for being a college student. A marketing company came to conduct some simple yet frustrating studies today and I made $25 in less than 2 hours! Woot. I think I’m going to start hunting down these survey opportunities now. They don’t scam you like the Internet does!

Today was the first BCAS general meeting of the semester. Unfortunately, it seemed there was a lot of awkward silence and there’s a gap between the officers and the club members. Hopefully we can get everyone more involved and become friends by the end of the semester. I’m supposed to be teaching a Photoshop class, but not everyone can access the Macs at school and obviously we can’t distribute illegal copies of the program to everyone, even if it’d make life a lot easier. Looking forward to being a part of more promotional activities this semester so others can finally know what BCAS stands for.

Sorry again for the lack of updates. Life’s been surprisingly with school, work, and boring common events. If anyone can find me a graphic design or marketing internship in Manhattan, though, I’d be happy to make ten new tutorials for the site! :p Well, aside from all that, I’ve also been trying to improve myself by reading other tutorials online and getting ideas from design magazines. And of course, practicing with illustrations. Times like this I miss my old drawing teacher.

Anyway, I will continue studying hard and earning money while teaching others. I heard that Macaulay students can apply for funding for graphic tablets. Awesome! I need to get myself a Wacom.

We finally see the boss of LGT’s face when the female secretariat goes to tell him the results so far. Apparently he had seen Nao with her father before. She caught his attention and he didn’t know why, but after seeing her many times he now knows. It’s because she’s dangerously pure (-_-…) and that it’s weird to have someone as pure as her in such a world. He thinks it’s all an act and eventually she’ll give in and reveal her true face. So he sends the female secretariat to seek her out.

They then show what happened in the previous episodes, starting from the very beginning. Most of the scenes were repeated with a few new that explained how Psychic Guy got the policeman to use Nao as bait to lure Akiyama out. So basically the real boss wanted Nao to participate, but Psychic Guy wanted Akiyama to.

Mini mushroom’s plan works for now and he even has nerdy guy and the other woman bowing down to him. But when he sees white-haired dude, he says he has a stomache and needs someone else to inspect for him. Akiyama sees through his strategy and knows that he faked the stomache because this time he couldn’t predict the outcome. He gives a sheet of paper to the woman and tells her to follow his instructions on how to defeat Psychic Guy. Psychic Guy thought he was going to win, but he fell short by 90,000 and the smuggle was successful for Water Country.

There’s a new participant this time and he’s a guy with white hair who looks like a bad cosplayer. Teamwork is required in this round, called the “Contraband Game.” What they have to do is smuggle goods. The room they are in is the “Water Country” and the room across is “Fire Country.” The two places are at war. It’s like a live RPG. Each player can smuggle 400 million yen and they have 100 million yen in their “home country” as well. Meaning the stakes/rewards are 5 times as high this time.

Only 100 million can be smuggled at a time in the briefcase they are given. Once Nao pressed the amount, huge stacks of cash popped out. Then you have to go through an inspector. If the inspector passes you, you can go. If he doubts you and you really have the amount he thought you had, the money is confiscated by the inspector. But if the inspector underestimates the amount, you can still pass. And if the inspector doubts you incorrectly, he will have to pay half of what he suspected to you. There will be 30 rounds.

Nao doesn’t have the 70 million to pay them back, but that’s okay because the ones in last place will now have to buy her votes for at LEAST 70 million each. But 70 million will only buy them 2 votes that gets them out of last place. For nerdy guy, it’s a special case. 80 million for 2 votes. lol Now Nao chooses who she wants to restructure and Akiyama tells her to be sure to pick someone she really hates because they’re gonna be put through hell.
