Final episode of this season of Hana Yori Dango!

I love Tsukushi’s talent part that shows how to fend off an attacker. That’s so her to do such a thing. But for the second round, her outfit is cut up by the three bitches. Meanwhile, Tsukasa and his mom promise to keep their word – if Tsukushi wins, his mom has to do whatever he says, if not he does whatever she says. Of course his mom knows she won the bet. How can Tsukasa be so dense? Obviously that evil woman has some devious plan to wreck the contest.

But by sheer luck Tsukushi passes round two. She cut up her outfit some more and caught the eye of one of the judges, who was a designer. lol Tsukushi’s English was funny but her speech was touching. Indeed, what deprived children need most is a warm family. She becomes a finalist based on dumb luck – a game of rock, paper scissors – because the judges couldn’t decide. ROFL I love the part where Tsukasa suddenly appeared and used a blowhorn to tell everyone jeering Tsukushi to shut the hell up. hahaha

But even though both Tsukushi and Ayano won the last round playing with the children (kawaii!), Ayano won based on point totals. You know what that means… (Tsukushi did get 1 million yen though)

So Tsukushi’s life goes back to normal. Her dad gets his job back, her boss gets her customers back, and her friends hook up with each other. Sakurako with Akira and Yuki chases after Soujiroh. Shizuka comes back to spend Christmas with the one she loves – Rui (eh? ). And Tsukasa goes to New York to study business management for three years. But not before kissing Tsukushi goodbye. :D

Time for season two!

Everyone finds out about Tsukushi’s financial problem. She leaves school and one day gets tricked into going up to a building to shoot an amateur porn video for money. Rui shows up to save her once again.

It’s like whatever happens to Tsukushi’s boss happens to her. Eventually I think even if she stands up to Tsukasa’s mom the okaasan would win anyway and take Tsukasa away from her. It’s so sweet that the boss lady lent Tsukushi money, knowing she’s in trouble.

Good scene: Tsukushi scolding Tsukasa’s okaasan. Even her assistant was touched. Tsukushi is really a tough weed, eh? :D

To help her with her financial troubles, she enters the TOJ (Teen of Japan) contest. But of course she lacks the beauty and intelligence so F4 and Tsukasa’s oneechan helps her. But there was so much pressure on her to learn everything right away. =( Later she sees her boss losing her business and her family driven out of the house because of Tsukasa’s mom. Agh!

Then all of a sudden, on the day of the competition, Kurimaki Ayano shows up. She’s Tsukasa’s fiancee and also entering the TOJ because his mother endorsed her. But something goes terribly wrong as Tsukasa is kidnapped in the bathroom…

Short summary because I’m tired. Basically Rui promises to take care of Tsukushi now. What happened to him in France was apparently in a magazine but we do not know what exactly it is in the beginning of this episode. Tsukasa was being a bum, though, saying that if Tsukushi apologizes to him now, he will still forgive her. As much as he sacrificed and changed for her, he’s still a control-freak. Now Sakurako and Tsukasa’s mom are teaming up to break apart Tsukushi and Tsukasa. Agh… I can’t decide whether Tsukushi should be with Rui or Tsukasa now! Then again, it’s not up to me anyway. :p

ROFL Rui walked in on Tsukushi while she was in the bathroom.

Tsukushi’s boss’s stories about her past loves are so funny, especially when she told Akira about the guy who pulled Santa’s sleigh and got no credit for it and Akira was like “He’s a reindeer?!” lol

Soujiroh is so hot when he stood up for Yuki and showed her ex what a real man is. “The next time you make my girl cry I’m gonna rip your guts out of your asshole.” *squee* hahaha AND Tsukushi punched Yuki’s ex. Awesome!

Oh no! An F4 fight in the end! And in front of billboards with apples on them, too! But that’s okay because it turns out Rui was just getting back at Tsukasa for making him not eat apples anymore. Er… So they used Tsukushi? Oh well. At least now Tsukushi should be back with Tsukasa again. (Ahhh my Rui & Tsukushi pairing goes down the drain!!!)

Then we find out Tsukushi’s dad got laid off and we all know who’s behind that…

Uh-oh. Love triangle! Gahh I missed Rui.

Tsukasa is totally spoiling Tsukushi’s family. And he even gave her a gold cell phone! I can’t believe they used the Star Wars theme as a ringtone though. ROFL But Rui…why you be kissing those girls?!?!?! Ah…maybe he really isn’t the right guy for Tsukushi, ya? Better a control freak than a player!

Tsubaki (Tsukasa’s sister) speaks funny English. :p Her mother must be the main antagonist of the story, even more so than Sakurako, who must’ve completely lost it now and wants to keep pursuing Tsukasa. How will the lovers fare against this cold-hearted mother?

Rui, however, has totally changed. What’s with his new flirtatious attitude? His failed attempt to get with Shizuka must have left him broken. Still wish he’d gone on a double date with Tsukushi though. :p

Tsukasa is the typical dominating male. Looking down on “commoners.” Yuki’s boyfriend was rude but funny. And what the heck was Tsukasa wearing around his neck?! A dead animal?! In a zoo?! Well, good thing he beat up Yuki’s boyfriend.

Tsukushi’s mom is much cooler than Tsukasa’s, pouring that salt over her head. How dare she tried to bribe Tsukushi into staying away from Tsukasa!

Well, Tsukasa and Tsukushi have an argument anyway because Tsukushi lied about being alone that night when she was actually with Rui. The Star Wars ringtone reveals all! Sad misunderstanding, but hey at least Rui got to hug Tsukushi. *squee* Compared to Tsukasa, Rui barely sacrificed anything for Tsukushi even though he saved her a lot of times, but man! Why DIDN’T he realize he was in love with her until now, when it’s too late? Argh! >.< Oh well. Hug! *squee*

But Tsukasa sees everything… “Nan de?!”

Ugh. Sakurako pretending to be all nice and stuff, helping Tsukushi up when just a minute ago she was rejoicing in her friend’s downfall. And later we even see her in a club acting like a total biznatch. What a complete turnaround for “Cherry-chan.” When she opens her eyes wide, it looks rather freaky, too. But of course, Tsukasa still likes Tsukushi even after all that… I like how the story suddenly turned into a mystery when Tsukushi realized someone else must’ve taken the picture with the polaroid camera, though. :D Interesting…

F4 are actually pretty sweet, though. Soujiroh and Akira go to the shop Tsukushi works in to comfort her. Too bad for Akira having to offer kisses to get people to visit the shop. haha After the way Tsukasa threw the pillow at Sakurako, I was happy she was being treated that way but also pitied her and understood why she’d be so envious of Tsukushi. =T Tsukasa’s mother was creepy, though. She calls “love and passion” strange feelings. Looks like someone needs a life.

Soujiroh is very good at getting information out of people with his power. lol I guess Sakurako is no longer infatuated with Tsukasa after she burned his pictures and realized that his heart is still with Tsukushi. And Tsukushi realized that she is in love with Tsukasa. But…Tsukasa definitely needs some anger management. He starts punching and kicking people whenever he feels like it!

On the other hand, Sakurako is a total psycho. Don’t go to her house, Tsukushi! She’ll probably stab the hell out of you! Oh, and Soujiroh is so much hotter when he’s pinning the guy who did this to Tsukushi to the wall. :D I can’t believe Sakurako is holding a grudge from kindergarten. Seriously… She’s going to ruin people’s lives because Tsukasa is a scumbag? …

It was so sad and sweet how Tsukasa got the living hell beat out of him just so Sakurako won’t harm Tsukushi. Now the mystery is who the heck is Sakurako exactly? Apparently she used to be an ugly girl who Tsukasa didn’t like and now after all that plastic surgery, he still doesn’t like her. Guess she finally gave up after Tsukushi took a hit for Tsukasa. The two lovers finally make up.

And Tsukushi even stood up for Sakurako when the three bitches made fun of how ugly she used to be, but only because Sakurako said Tsukushi’s mom’s rice balls were delicious and those were the only honest words that came out of her mouth. lol Tsukushi and Tsukasa playfight and then…Rui shows up.
